Ergonomics and digital display
The Aprilia Tuono 125 delivers more power than ever, but there’s no sacrifice when it comes to comfort, with an optimal riding position, pedals designed to reduce fatigue and the handlebar placed so that the rider has total control of the bike.
The compact, lightweight dashboard contains a new digital display packed with useful info such as fuel level, instantaneous and average consumption, remaining mileage and much more.
Also new is the dual-channel ABS, developed in collaboration with Bosch to deliver improved stability and grip on bends.
A heart ready to roar
The thermodynamics of the new Aprilia Tuono 125 have been completely revisited. The beating heart is a 4-valve distribution, liquid-cooled single-cylinder that is Euro 5-compliant and features a more robust torque curve, with maximum power reached at lower revs, meaning reduced fuel consumption. Performance is further enhanced via the electronic management provided by the new Marelli MIUG 4 ECU.
A chassis that sets the benchmark
The Aprilia Tuono 125 is the result of Aprilia Racing’s unique experience and success on the track, with the 125 class alone boasting 10 World Championship riders, 10 manufacturer titles and 151 victories. This expertise can be seen in the extraordinary aluminium frame, constructed from diecast beams with crossed reinforcement ribs, for a lightweight structure that delivers outstanding handling and stability both on the road and track. The upside-down fork and single shock secured to the asymmetrical swingarm add the final flourishes to a chassis that is, in short, simply stunning.
More dynamic than ever
The Aprilia Tuono 125’s new design takes inspiration from the latest RS 660 and Tuono 660, seen in the aggressive, decidedly original look, with full LED lighting and the iconic triple headlight. The aluminium frame, engine, footrest and fork plates are all finished in highest-quality paint, while the front part of the bike is now more compact, resulting in a sportier, more streamlined look.
